Delivery & Payment Terms

1. Payment method

Payments are made online through the secure Stripe payment gateway (payment cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay). The Operator does not store payment card details.

2. Delivery

The subject of delivery is digital content - a licence key that activates the app's features. After a successful payment the key is generated immediately, displayed on the confirmation page and also sent to the user's e-mail. The key is also permanently available in the My account section.

3. Activation

The user enters the licence key in the app (https://open.djanalyzer.com) in the Settings → Profile section. After verification, the purchased features are unlocked without any further waiting.

4. Subscription renewal

Both monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the period. Renewal can be cancelled at any time - the licence then remains active until the end of the paid period. The lifetime licence does not renew and applies permanently.

5. Withdrawal from the contract and complaints

On payment, the consumer expressly agrees to the immediate commencement of the provision of the digital service and, under Section 1837(l) of the Czech Civil Code thereby loses the right to withdraw within the 14-day period. You can try the service in the free Free plan without a card. The procedure for complaints about defects in performance and further details can be found in the Complaints section and in the Terms and Conditions.
