Complaints Policy

1. Trying the product and withdrawal from the contract

DJanalyzer is a digital service activated immediately after payment. You can fully try out the app on the free Zdarma plan with no payment card and no time limit - it serves as a trial version in which you can verify the functionality and suitability of the service before purchasing a paid licence.

By completing the order at checkout, the consumer expressly agrees to the immediate commencement of the provision of the digital service and, in accordance with Section 1837(l) of the Czech Civil Code, thereby loses the right to withdraw from the contract within the 14-day period. Details in the Terms and Conditions, Art. 4. The Operator does not offer a voluntary "money-back guarantee".

2. Defective performance

This is without prejudice to the Operator's liability for defective performance under Section 2099 et seq. of the Czech Civil Code. If the licence key does not work or the service demonstrably has a defect that cannot be removed by an update (e.g. the licence does not activate, a recurring app error preventing use), contact us with a description of the problem. We will make reasonable efforts to remedy it (repair, a new key; in the case of an irremovable defect, a possible refund to the extent of the part of the performance not provided).

3. How to file a complaint

Write to podpora@djanalyzer.com.
Provide your account e-mail and licence key (you will find them in My account).
Describe the problem, ideally with a screenshot.

We will handle the complaint without undue delay, no later than within 30 days. We will inform you of the outcome by e-mail.

4. Out-of-court dispute resolution

The consumer has the right to out-of-court resolution of a consumer dispute through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (coi.cz).
